Just sometimes there is a guy who can do it all, be sexy, menacing, funny, romantic and camp...whatever the role requires, and Dean Stockwell is just such an actor. From his child star beginnings he has worked almost solidly for half a century, occasionally sporting some of the most offensive face fuzz in the business. For me though, he will always be Al Calavici, Dr. Becket's faithful friend and project Quantum Leap observer.
